What happens if I book a slot and then want to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to cancel or move your booked slot you may reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund providing you do not cancel very close to your appointment date so that we have little or no chance of re-using it. Please see our refund policy above the ‘View Calendar’ button.
